Things You Need to Know
Modbible builds custom timepieces based on the reliable and proven Seiko-derived movement series. Our builds are collated from a mixture of Seiko factory and aftermarket custom parts to achieve reliable quality with custom luxury aesthetics. We are NOT affiliated with Seiko.
Any purchase from this website will take up to 30 days to fulfill. When you place an order we order the parts for that specific build. Parts take up to 15 days and we leave 5 days to complete the build and 10 for postage.
Our builds all come as standard with free international postage and a six month mechanical warranty. Warranty extensions are available.
PRIVACY POLICY
Modbible is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Modbible takes note of your postal address, email address and any other information you enter into our website.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
WARRANTY
All Modbible watches come with a six month warranty for mechanical issues where they will be repaired or replace free of charge. Cosmetic issues and accidental damage are not covered. Modbible will repair any issues at minimal costs, only charging parts and postage.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you are dissatisfied with your product you can request a return for 30 days after receipt. As long as the product is in like-new condition you will receive a full refund minus return postage and transaction fees. If the watch is not like-new we will honor a substantial partial refund.
